Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact uksupport@sihoooffice.com within 30 days. Returns are free for damaged, defective, or wrong items—please report such issues within one week of receipt with photos. Refunds are processed within 7 days of inspection.

We offer a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact uksupport@sihoooffice.com with your order number and details of the defect.
Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
