This promotion offers four lucky draws in November 2025, with a total of 20 free orders as prizes. In each draw, 5 orders will be selected to receive a free order reward. Customers who place and successfully pay for an order within the specified period are eligible to participate and have the chance to win a free order.

Customers will receive their free order in the form of a refund. The maximum value of a free order is €800. (If a customer's order exceeds €800, the amount above €800 will not be refunded as part of the free order.)
Conditions:
The draw pool for each round includes all valid orders placed and paid between the date of the previous draw and the current draw date (the first pool includes orders from November 1 to November 7). Orders successfully paid within the pool period are considered valid entries. The winner list will be announced one day after each draw date.

One Prize Per Customer:
Each eligible customer may receive only one prize throughout the promotion period, subject to the conditions above. If a customer qualifies for multiple prizes, only the first prize won will be awarded.
Non-Transferable:
The promotional prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to others.
Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid for orders placed and successfully paid between November 1, 2025, 00:00 PST and November 30, 2025, 23:59 PST. Any order not fully paid by November 30, 2025, or canceled within the following 30 days, will be disqualified.
Refunds and Maximum Prize Value:
Any order for which a refund is requested (e.g., due to a return) will be disqualified from the promotion. Additionally, the maximum value of a free order per eligible customer is €800.
Disqualification Due to Fraudulent Activity:
Customers found engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate the promotion through technical means will be disqualified and banned from all future Sihoo promotions.

Taxes:

Release and Liability Waiver:
Each recipient of a free order releases Sihoo and all related parties (including Sihoo’s representatives and independent contractors) from any liability, claims, or actions arising from participation in the promotion or from the receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the promotional prize.
Modifications:
To the extent permitted by law, Sihoo reserves the right to modify the promotion rules. Sihoo will strive to resolve disputes through negotiation but reserves the right of final interpretation.
Eligibility:
This promotion is open to residents of Europe who are 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2025, and who meet the above conditions. Employees of Sihoo and their immediate family members or household members are excluded. Void where prohibited by law.
