Draw Date:
The draw will take place on December 7, 2025. Customers will receive their free order in the form of a refund. The maximum value of a free order is £800. (If a customer's order exceeds £800, the amount above £800 will not be refunded as part of the free order.)
Conditions:
All valid orders placed and paid between December 1, 2025, 00:00 PST and December 7, 2025, 23:59 PST are eligible for the draw. Orders successfully paid within this period are considered valid entries. The winner list will be announced one day after the draw date.

One Prize Per Customer:
Each eligible customer may receive only one prize throughout the promotion period, subject to the conditions above. If a customer qualifies for multiple prizes, only the first prize won will be awarded.
Non-Transferable:

Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid for orders placed and successfully paid between December 1, 2025, 00:00 PST and December 7, 2025, 23:59 PST. Any order not fully paid by December 7, 2025, or canceled within the following 7 days, will be disqualified.
Refunds and Maximum Prize Value:
Any order for which a refund is requested (e.g., due to a return) will be disqualified from the promotion. Additionally, the maximum value of a free order per eligible customer is €800.
Disqualification Due to Fraudulent Activity:
Customers found engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate the promotion through technical means will be disqualified and banned from all future Sihoo promotions.
